Delivery, Return and Exchanges

Delivery:
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days with PostNL.
Taktuk Works only ships to The Netherlands. We aim to ship to more countries soon!
For every order below the €100,-, with a delivery address in The Netherlands, €5 shipping costs will be charged.  
If your order is above €100, no shipping costs will be charged.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code as soon as your order shipped.

Return:
You have the right to cancel your order without stating any reasons within 14 days from the date you received the delivery. After the cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Subsequently, the entire order amount, including delivery costs, will be refunded to you.
You are solely responsible for the expenses related to returning the order to the online store. Please check your carrier's website for shipping fees. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all provided accessories, should be returned to Taktuk Works in its original condition and packaging, if possible.

In order to help your return be processed as quickly as possible, you can send your return cargo to the address below with the customer’s full name and order number.

Exchange:
​​Product exchange is not possible. You can return the products by following return instructions and place a new order.

Defect:
If your product has defect, please send us an e-mail (info@taktukworks.nl) with the following details, then we can help you further:

• Order number

• Customer’s full name

• Description of the defect 

• Photo of the defect
